The need to feel seen, heard, and understood exists within all of us and is vital to thriving in life.  Without this need being met, you can find yourself struggling with feeling disconnected from others, weighed down by depression, held back by traumatic memories, overwhelmed by worry and fear, or feeling stagnant in your life while everyone else passes you by.

I am a licensed clinical social worker committed to providing a therapy space that is safe, non-judgmental, affirming, collaborative, and empathic.  I specialize in working with child, adolescent, and adult survivors of interpersonal trauma, LQBTQIA, and people of color.  Understanding that individual issues are complex, I use an eclectic approach to tailor treatment to your unique experiences and needs.  Whether you are looking to strengthen the tools you already possess in order to respond to life’s crucibles or you need assistance with unpacking stories you may not have previously had the words for, I can help.
