Individual Therapy
Stress in life is inevitable – regardless of whether it persists, relates to a particular experience, or remains undetected. Some stressors can overwhelm a person’s capacity to cope. This can manifest as depression, anxiety, panic, anger, & other experiences. Often, folx feel a sense of isolation, loneliness, dysfunction, disconnection with one’s self & others, and a lack of support.
Individual therapy can help you name & understand your stressors, how your past experiences & traumas shape your reactions to them, & learn new coping skills for when your old ones no longer serve you. Although it can be hard to confront the pain & stressors, many of our clients enjoy the therapeutic journey to increased self-awareness often continuing therapy as a means of self-growth & healing.

Adults
18+
Maintaining adult responsibilities can feel like a high-pressured juggling act & can often feel like you are about to drop the ball, or balls.
Sometimes you are too busy juggling to see where the pressure stems from. You’re stuck on autopilot all while feeling unhappy, overwhelmed, & unsure how you even got to this place.

Adolescents
14-17yrs
Adolescence can be a challenging time of change – physically, emotionally & cognitively. It is a stage where teens are often in limbo – not quite adults, but no longer a kid. Emotions run high, immediacy rules the roost, & choices get made in an instant.
Our goal is to create a safe space for your teen to express all of their feelings & learn more supportive coping skills to process them.

Tweens
11-13yrs
Tweens deserve a different approach than that of children & adolescents. They vacillate between the two in behavior, speech, feelings, & demeanor, often on a daily basis.
As such, we recognize tweens may want a combination of play & talk therapy to express themselves. We work with tweens & their guardians to help them navigate this in-between space & support them in expressing their needs, feelings, & wants.

Kids
Infants-10yrs
All children at all ages communicate their feelings, thoughts, needs & wants through play.
While play looks different at each age (dolls and blocks; board games; making art), the opportunity to play is essential for emotional & intellectual development for children.
